Description: These units sell new for around $450,000 and these are in a refurbished to "like new" condition. We are currently offering (2) refurbished Andritz 2.2 meter Belt Press Sludge Dewatering Systems for immediate sale. These machines have been superbly maintained in a climate controlled building, and have been completely refurbished, and are in excellent condition throughout. They have not been placed back into service since they were refurbished. Two (2) Andritz 2.2 Meter Belt Press/Sludge Dewatering Machines Manufacturer: Andritz Model: CPF 2.2 SMX-C (S7) 8785 Construction: Steel frame with FRP coating, stainless steel hood Year built: 1987 Operational: 1987-2003 Condition: exceptionally maintained, excellent overall condition Approximate overall size of each press, including fume hood: 13 ft (w) x 20 ft (l) x 12 ft (h), support legs will fit on a 10' wide platform trailer Working belt width: 87†(2.2-meter) Weight: approximately 30,000 lbs. 5 Horsepower drive motor 120-volt AC controls Each belt press includes:
Exhaust hood for each press
Control box for each press
Belt spreader to facilitate belt installation, other miscellaneous belt press servicing equipment
2 in-line static mixers and 2 in-line mechanical mixers for polymer and sludge conditioning and mixing with 6- inch ANSI flange inlet and outlet.
Wash water assembly, platform steps for each unit, two new additional belts for each unit
Cart-mounted automatic grease gun for press bearings
O&M Manual Special Condition:
Portions of the presses were rebuilt in 2003 to manufacturer's specifications. Disassembled all rollers, bearings, belts, scrapers, and tensioners. Replaced bearings, rollers, belts, scrapers, tensioners, and misc. parts as needed. Parts were reassembled with new lubrication. Presses were started up with manufacturer’s representation and factory tolerances were verified. Presses were not used further after refurbishing.
Equipment sold as-is. Interested parties are encouraged to inspect equipment.
Presses are not currently supported electrically, so test operation is not immediately available.
Buyer will need a crane and semi-truck with a lowboy trailer or equivalent for transport
O&M Manual and Specification Sheet available upon request. These presses were superbly maintained, and are in exceptional condition throughout, and have been housed in a climate controlled building their entire lives. They were professionally removed from the building in mid August, 2016, and are currently covered with tarps to protect them from the weather. They were replaced with centrifuges, and have not been in service (unused) since they were refurbished.
