My XCMG XD80 is an 8-ton-class full-hydraulic double drum vibratory roller, ideal for asphalt surface, semi-rigid base course, and municipal road compaction, with excellent efficiency and compaction quality for narrow spaces and edge operations. It is powered by a Cummins 4BT3.9-C diesel engine, boasting a rated power of 66kW (90PS) at 2200rpm and meeting Tier 3 emission standards, ensuring reliable performance and low fuel consumption. The full-hydraulic dual-wheel drive and dual-wheel vibration system, coupled with a stepless frequency-adjustable vibration mechanism (48/55Hz), delivers front/rear vibration forces of 240kN/220kN, enabling efficient compaction of various material layers from ultra-thin to thick. The machine features an articulated frame with a crab-walking function, allowing the front and rear drums to be offset by up to 180mm, enabling compaction close to curbs without edge missing or damage. The three-stage vibration reduction system and air-suspended seat minimize operator fatigue, while the ROPS/FOPS-certified cab offers an unobstructed view and easy operation. It is equipped with a manual/automatic dual-control sprinkler system with adjustable flow, preventing material adhesion to the drums. The centralized lubrication system and integrated fault diagnosis dashboard simplify maintenance and reduce downtime. With a maximum travel speed of 10km/h and a minimum turning radius of 5.2m, it excels in maneuverability and operational efficiency in confined construction sites.
